2010 Spring IV Session| April 12th - June 10th, 2010

A Christian's Response to Islam | Monday Evenings | Suite 128A

Speakers:  Pastor Ralph Holland, Pastor Daniel Erickson, and former Muslims as well as special guest speakers to be announced soon.

The rise of Islam in the U.S. and abroad threatens religious freedom and the spread of the Gospel. News reports of violence traced back to Islamic extremists are common. Christians are paralyzed with fear of something they don’t understand or are unwittingly fooled by politically savvy misrepresentations. Meanwhile, Muslims perish without finding the personal relationship with God (through Jesus Christ) that they desperately desire. Don’t be overwhelmed or dismayed. Be empowered! A Christian’s Response to Islam will help you understand today’s headlines with a biblical perspective. Topics include: the founding of Islam, the root of Jihad and hatred for Israel, women in Islam, how to share the Gospel with Muslims, and Islam’s role in the end times.

Attend this class live or via secure internet stream. Class will be followed each night by informal discussion opportunity. Class registration is just $25 plus books. Students may obtain Covenant Training Institute credit for this course for an additional fee.
